ONLINE STORE PURCHASES:
Our minimum online store purchase
amount is $19.99 (exclusive of shipping and insurance charges).
All packages are shipped using the
U.S. Postal Service. We utilize USPS Priority Mail for shipments
within the U.S. unless special arrangements are made with the
customer. International customers can opt for USPS Airmail or
Surface Mail services.
We can combine online store purchases
with items won in our ebay auctions. Please use our Clickout software
to create a combined order. Combining items for shipping is only
possible if a single payment is received to pay for all items/postage
at one time.
Please pay by credit card, PayPal,
BidPay, money order or cashiers check made payable to "RudyToys".
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA through
the PayPal or BidPay online payment services. We accept MasterCard
and VISA directly in our online store.
If you choose to pay by money order
or cashiers check, payment must be received within 10 days of
placing an order.
If there is anything in the merchandise
description that is not clear to you, please ask questions prior
to making the purchase.
EBAY AUCTION PURCHASES:
We will gladly combine multiple items
to save on shipping. Please use our Clickout software to create
a combined order. Combining items for shipping is only possible
if a single payment is received to pay for all items/postage at
one time.
Payment is due within 10 days of the
end of the auction. After that time the item will be relisted
unless special arrangements have been made.

If there is anything in the auction listing which is not clear
to you, please ask questions prior to placing you bid. A bid is
a contract. We want you to be a satisfied customer.
ALL PURCHASES:
We use the U.S. Postal Service for
all shipping.
Buyer pays shipping (and insurance, if protection against loss
or damage during shipping is desired). We are not responsible
for packages once they are in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service.
U.S. BUYERS:
Please pay by credit card, PayPal,
BidPay, money order or cashiers check made payable to "RudyToys".
Personal checks are accepted from buyers with an ebay feedback
rating of 20 or higher. Merchandise paid by personal check is
held for 15 calendar days before shipping to allow time for the
check to clear. Our "Clickout" software can total your
U.S. order and calculate combined shipping. Follow the link in
the email invoice we send you after winning the auction.
CANADIAN BUYERS:
Our online store shows Airmail shipping
rates to Canada without insurance.
Airmail or Surface Mail shipping is
available; please email for rates. Postal insurance is also available.
Please pay by PayPal, BidPay, postal
money orders in US dollars or by credit card using PayPal or BidPay.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Our online store currently does not
calculate rates correctly for international shipping. Please email
us for postal rates.
Airmail or Surface Mail delivery are
available. Postal insurance is available for those countries in
which it may be purchased.
Please pay by PayPal, BidPay, postal
money orders in US dollars or by credit card using PayPal or BidPay.
We do not accept wire transfers to our bank account or wire transfers
using Western Union, MoneyGram or similar services.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
If the item received is substantially
different than the description in the online store description
or auction listing we will honor a return and refund. Returns/refunds
are not offered for other reasons. The buyer must email us with
a description of the issue before receiving authorization to return
the item. Returned items must be received in our office in the
same condition that they were shipped from our office with original
packaging.
